Unlike project-based merchandising work, this is a permanent, full-time position with a regular territory. You'll work independently, travel between assigned stores, and keep our merchandise stocked, organized, and looking its best. What You'll Do
- Travel to assigned convenience stores and travel centers on a regular route
- Stock, organize, and maintain product displays
- Monitor inventory and replenish merchandise
- Complete resets and display changes as needed
- Build positive relationships with store managers and employees
- Complete basic merchandising and inventory reporting
- Load, unload, and carry merchandise
- Work independently to complete assigned store visits
- Occasional overnight travel as required What We're Looking For
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and driving throughout the territory
- Retail merchandising, stocking, grocery, warehouse, delivery, or route experience preferred
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle required initially
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable using a tablet, email, and basic technology
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check Benefits $18-$20/hour, based on experience Vehicle allowance and eligible business travel expenses are provided while using your personal vehicle.
