Job Description

As a Travel Merchandiser with SAS Retail Services in Retail Operations, you'll execute in-store merchandising projects for major retailers and CPG brands across North America. You will travel to multiple stores to complete planogram implementations, resets, new store sets, and audits, ensuring shelves are organized, fully stocked, and set to client standards. Working in a people-first, team-oriented culture, you'll receive training, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate closely with store teams. This role offers hands-on experience, flexible schedules, and opportunities to grow into lead and supervisory positions. Responsibilities Travel to assigned retail locations to execute merchandising projects and planogram resets Set, stock, and organize shelves and displays to meet client and retailer standards Complete new store sets, remodels, and continuity coverage as scheduled Conduct inventory counts, audits, and product rotations to improve on-shelf availability Follow project instructions, safety guidelines, and store policies at all times Capture photos, complete reports, and submit documentation using mobile tools Collaborate with team members and leads to meet deadlines and quality expectations Communicate with store staff and managers to coordinate work with minimal disruption Maintain product signage, pricing labels, and promotional materials Represent SAS Retail Services professionally while traveling between multiple store locations Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and implementation Store resets and remodels Inventory counting and audits Use of handheld/mobile devices for reporting Time management and scheduling Driving and route planning Attention to detail and quality control Basic math and measurement Customer and retailer communication
