Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C. is seeking a Store Remodeling Merchandiser to execute in-store remodels and merchandising projects for major national retailers. In this fast-paced, team-driven role, you will read and implement planograms, move and assemble fixtures, reset shelves, and set product displays to meet brand and retailer standards. You'll work on-site in multiple store locations, collaborate closely with store staff and teammates, and ensure accurate reporting through company tools. This position offers hands-on retail experience and growth in merchandising, planning, and leadership. Responsibilities Execute store remodeling and reset projects according to planograms and timelines Set, move, and stock fixtures, signage, and merchandise to updated layouts Ensure product placement, pricing, and labeling meet retailer and brand standards Use basic tools and equipment safely to assemble, adjust, and move fixtures Complete project checklists, photos, and reports using company systems/apps Collaborate with store staff, supervisors, and teammates to minimize disruption Follow safety, loss prevention, and store policies during remodel activities Travel to assigned retail locations and adapt to changing schedules and priorities Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading Store resets and remodels Fixture assembly and movement Inventory stocking and facing Basic hand tool use Time and route management Mobile reporting/apps Customer service Safety and compliance awareness
