- Time Merchandising Associate Join the Signature Retail Services team as a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in our Downingtown, PA market!
As a Route Merchandising Associate (FSR), you'll work independently while traveling throughout your local route to service home improvement stores such as The Home Depot and Lowe's. You'll merchandise products, build displays, execute planograms, complete in-store surveys and audits, and support seasonal reset needs. This position offers approximately 25
- 30 hours per week , with a starting pay range of $17.00
- $19.00 per hour . No experience is necessary

Your Territory This position services store locations in Downingtown, Exton, Frazer, Parkesburg, PA . Regular travel to assigned stores within the route is essential for this role. What You'll Do Travel independently throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations. Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance. Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays. Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready. Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed. Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers. Represent Signature Retail Services and our client partners professionally in every store you visit. Manage your schedule so visits and projects are completed on time, every time. Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit. This job description is not an exhaustive list of duties

Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required

This is a physically active role that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing rolling staircases or step ladders to retrieve and stock products.
