In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will set and maintain product displays, implement planograms, stock and rotate inventory, and ensure shelves and signage meet brand and retailer standards. You'll collect basic retail data, document work via mobile tools, and partner with store staff to support promotions and sales goals. Responsibilities Execute in-store merchandising plans and planograms for assigned retail locations. Set, stock, and maintain product displays and signage to brand and retailer standards. Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and ensure accurate product placement. Collect and report retail data, photos, and project completion using mobile tools. Collaborate with store personnel and Anderson Merchandisers team members on priorities. Support promotional launches, resets, and seasonal merchandising changes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on the sales floor. Meet assigned timelines, quality standards, and performance metrics for each visit.
