Description:
Create, maintain, and publish store layouts and detailed product planograms for product launches and merchandising resets. Partner with Worldwide and Geo counterparts to ensure global alignment across merchandising strategies. Leverage extensive Geo and visual expertise to influence global strategy while localizing to AMR-specific nuances where appropriate. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through field feedback, observation, and performance and space analysis. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and effectively communicate the product visual merchandising strategy. Forecast and communicate accurate demo product and visual element counts for merchandising changes, ensuring the correct demo products are available in every store in partnership with Retail Fulfillment Operations. Develop and review store communications including reset labor hours, merchandising setup guides, merchandising standards, and strategy guides.
