Competitive pay and a long-term contract through 12/31/2026 (with potential for extension). What's a typical day as Training and Visual Merchandising Coordinator? You'll be: Delivering engaging virtual training sessions to store staff, focusing on brand knowledge, collections, new product launches, and key selling points. Adapting training content for specific markets, managing training schedules, tracking completion, and maintaining accurate records. Owning and managing the visual refresh process, ensuring timely and consistent rollout of visual updates aligned with brand and campaign guidelines. Coordinating with customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and ensure visual compliance. Monitoring deadlines, organizing store information, and supporting regional reporting and follow-up activities. Partnering with internal teams to keep training materials current and up to date, and proposing improvements for future training and visual refresh initiatives. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are highly organized and motivated, with excellent attention to detail and ownership mentality. Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). Possess solid presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Are quick to learn new brand and product information and can present confidently. Bring a basic understanding of marketing, branding, and visual merchandising principles. Excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and adapting in a fast-paced, international team environment. Have advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus.
