Job Description

Join SAS Retail Services as a Travel Retail Sales Merchandiser supporting major retailers and CPG brands. In this field-based role, you'll travel between assigned stores to execute planograms, resets, new store sets, and promotional displays that drive sales and on-shelf availability. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating product, completing audits, reporting results via mobile tools, and building strong relationships with store staff. Work in a people-first, team-focused culture with training, a flexible schedule, and growth opportunities into lead and supervisory roles in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment. Responsibilities Execute in-store merchandising for assigned travel retail accounts Implement and maintain planograms, displays, and signage to company standards Stock, rotate, and front product to ensure on-shelf availability Conduct resets, new store sets, audits, and promotional changes as scheduled Capture photos, complete reports, and communicate results via mobile tools Build professional relationships with store personnel and follow store policies Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all company safety procedures Collaborate with SAS Retail Services team members on project-based work Manage travel between store locations and complete routes on time Support special projects and assist leads with training when needed Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and implementation Product rotation and stock replenishment Display and signage setup Retail math and basic data reporting Use of handheld devices/mobile apps for reporting Inventory and cycle counts Time management and route planning Customer and client communication Safety and loss prevention awareness
