This position is responsible for managing approximately 10-12 assigned stores and ensuring that our merchandise is properly maintained, fully stocked, attractive, and ready for customers. Key Responsibilities Visit assigned Home Depot locations on a regular schedule. Maintain plant tables and displays so they remain clean, organized, attractive, and presentable. Trim, rotate and care for plants as needed. Identify and remove dead, damaged, or unsellable plants from displays. Replace plants and merchandise as needed to maintain full and appealing displays. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for plants based on store needs, sales, seasonality, and available display space. Receive and organize plant deliveries. Ensure plants are properly priced, labeled, and displayed. Communicate regularly with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Garden Department Supervisors. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store management and garden department employees. Address store concerns promptly and help resolve merchandising, inventory, or display-related issues. Safely operate a company-provided vehicle while traveling between assigned stores. Keep the company vehicle and equipment clean and in good condition. Follow all company, store, and safety policies. Qualifications Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple store locations. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move plants and merchandise throughout the workday. Comfortable using a tablet and basic Microsoft office and e-mail. Must have a valid driver's license - A clean driving record is required in order to be approved under the company's vehicle insurance. This is a mandatory condition of employment.
