Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in our Murfreesboro, TN market! This role offers the flexible schedule of approximately 15-20 hours per week and a starting pay rate of $16.00- $19.00 per hour. No experience is necessary- we provide paid, hands-on training to set you up for success on our team. As a Route Merchandising Associate, you'll travel to big box Home Improvement stores, such as The Home Depot and Lowe's to build displays, execute planograms, support seasonal resets, and help keep stores looking their best. Your Territory This position regularly services store locations throughout Murfreesboro, Smyrna, and Nashville, TN . What You'll Do Travel independently throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations. Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance. Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays. Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer-ready. Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed. Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers. Represent Signature Retail Services and our client partners professionally in every store you visit. Manage your schedule so visits and projects are completed on time, every time. Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit. Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required - we offer paid weekday training for motivated candidates. This is a physically active role that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing rolling staircases or step ladders to retrieve and stock products.
