Manage inventory control related to merchandising displays, ensuring proper stock levels and timely updates of visual setups. Lead the execution of display design projects, including installation, maintenance, and periodic refreshes to keep the store environment vibrant and engaging. Utilize retail math skills for pricing adjustments, sales analysis, and promotional displays to maximize sales opportunities. Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising procedures, ensuring consistency across all locations while fostering a team-oriented approach. Requirements Proven experience in retail store visual merchandising or interior design within fashion retail or similar environments. Strong proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and layout design software. Knowledge of branding principles, planograms, merchandising display arrangement, and store layout management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases. Familiarity with retail sales processes, inventory management, pricing strategies, and retail merchandising procedures. Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management capabilities.
