Job Description
Merchandising Replenisher Position Type

- Perform daily walkthroughs of warehouse and sales floor for any visual standards and stocking opportunities for the day.
- Remove stock from the designated visual staging area in the warehouse and merchandise on the sales floor.
- Work individually and collaboratively with sales team to stock the floor.
- Must be able to provide direction to fellow staff members to complete tasks.
- Fold, re-sticker, and adjust products (regular & off priced) as needed. This may involve some various movement of merchandise (movement of product already on floor) as needed for new merchandise.
- Uphold all NRS Visual Standards for product presentation.
- Retrieve any type of fixturing, hardware, sign holders, hangers etc. from the warehouse when needed by the team on the floor.
- Ensure the Visual Staging Area in the warehouse is organized, clean and tidy. Cleaning up any miscellaneous fixturing, sign holders and/or hardware.
- Maintain a neat appearance on floor.
- On occasion; provide customer service.
- Make sure all products are signed or price stickered as needed.
- Aptitude for being visually creative and willingness to learn creative problem solving.
- Attend to daily and weekly tasks designated by Manager or Assistant Manager. KEY Skillsets valued in this position
- Have excellent rapport with Warehouse, Selling and Management Staff at all times.
- Eye for detail and enjoys thinking outside the box for solutions.
- Creative & Analytical.
- Dots the "i's" and crosses the "t's". Doesn't just get it done but wants it done nicely.
- Ability to change gears at a moment's notice. Ability to work under pressure and think fast on one's feet and at a very fast pace.
- Self-starter and self-motivated Qualifications
- Work 40 hours a week
- Needs the ability to work diligently alone as well as in a team setting.
- Ability to collaborate with various levels of NRS staff to accomplish tasks.
- Great attitude and ability to set high expectations for the best customer experience as well as warehouse picking team.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Can lift and/or bend up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to understand basic Outlook and Excel could be needed.
