Manor, TX Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM Southern Style Spices is looking for a friendly, dependable Merchandiser to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, driving to local stores, and taking pride in creating clean, organized, and well-stocked displays. You'll drive a company vehicle to service retail locations by restocking our bulk spice displays, rotating inventory, and ensuring our products always look their best. When merchandising routes are complete for the day, you'll return to our facility to assist our Fruit & Nuts department with packing products. Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle to service assigned retail locations. Restock bulk spice bins and displays. Rotate product and monitor inventory levels. Keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing. Build positive relationships with store personnel. Communicate inventory needs or merchandising concerns to management. Maintain accurate records of daily store visits and inventory as needed. Assist in the Fruit & Nuts department with packing products after merchandising routes are completed. Follow all company safety and food handling procedures. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Reliable with strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Comfortable driving throughout the local area in a company vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. High school diploma or GED preferred.
