Position Overview The Merchandiser is responsible for executing in-store merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product presentation, inventory levels, and brand compliance. This role supports MSS brands by maintaining displays, implementing planograms, and ensuring all marketing directives are properly executed at the store level. The Merchandiser works closely with Account Managers, Territory Managers, and MSS Headquarters to ensure timely communication and consistent execution. Key Responsibilities Merchandising Execution Ensure displays are fully stocked, cleaned, and maintained according to planograms and merchandising guidelines. Maintain overall visual presentation standards across assigned locations. Communication & Coordination Communicate with Account Manager, Territory Manager, and MSS Headquarters in a timely manner regarding requests and updates. Respond to all communications on scheduled workdays (for part-time employees). Task Management Complete all assignments received through the MSS task and planning system. Ensure all marketing directives for MSS brands are current and properly implemented. Additional Duties Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year of merchandising or marketing experience. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Must have access to email and the Internet. Must own a personal computer. Reliable transportation required. Demonstrated creativity. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for prolonged periods. Ability to bend and lift up to 35 pounds. Ability to walk continuously throughout the workday.
