Assistant Retail Merchandiser - Clothing Department Teskey's | Weatherford, TX | Full-Time | Mon-Fri 8a-5p or 9a-6p About the Role Teskey's is looking for a Retail Merchandiser to keep our clothing department looking its best. This is a hands-on role for someone with a sharp eye for presentation who takes pride in a sales floor that's organized, fresh, and easy to shop. You'll be the driving force behind how our western apparel, boots, and accessories are displayed — from seasonal floor sets to everyday restocking — and you'll play a direct part in how customers experience the store. What You'll Do Build and maintain visual displays, feature tables, and mannequin styling that showcase current product and drive sales Execute seasonal floor sets and department resets, including moving fixtures and reflowing product Help make sure the sales floor is stocked, sized, folded, and organized to store standards throughout the day Create and place signage for promotions, markdowns, and new arrivals Place new product on the floor efficiently and accurately Partner with buyers and department leads on product placement, sell-through, and what's working (and what isn't) Assist with markdowns and inventory counts as needed Jump in to help customers on the floor — we're all part of the same team What We're Looking For Prior retail, merchandising, or visual display experience preferred (western/apparel retail a plus) A genuine eye for presentation — you notice when something looks off and you fix it Self-starter who can manage a task list independently and stay productive without constant direction Comfortable being on your feet most of the shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and move fixtures Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Availability to work weekends as needed Familiarity with western wear, boots, and the lifestyle we serve is a big plus What We Offer Pay Rate is Dependent on Experience Employee discounts across the store & cafe Medical/Dental Insurance, PTO, 401(k), Private Gym Access A team environment at one of the most well-known western stores in
