In this fast-paced, field-based role, you'll travel between assigned stores to set and maintain planograms, build and refresh displays, ensure shelf tags and signage are accurate, and verify promotional and seasonal sets. You'll audit inventory, capture data and photos using mobile tools, and report results to your supervisor and client teams. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, the ability to work independently, and comfort driving a regular store route. You'll collaborate with store personnel, solve on-the-floor issues, and represent The Retail Odyssey Company's commitment to excellent retail execution. This position offers hands-on exposure to leading CPG brands and major retailers, with opportunities to grow into expanded merchandising, field leadership, or analytics-focused roles.
