The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support Retail Operations in partner stores. You will implement planograms, set shelves, place signage, and ensure products are well-stocked, properly priced, and visually appealing. Working independently in the field, you'll complete store visits, follow detailed merchandising directions, report execution via mobile tools, and communicate with store staff and supervisors. Responsibilities Execute planograms and resets according to company and retailer standards Stock, front, rotate, and organize products on shelves and displays Install signage, point-of-sale materials, and promotional displays Verify pricing, tags, and product placement for accuracy Complete in-store visit reports using mobile or handheld devices Communicate with store personnel and Retail Odyssey supervisors on project status Monitor inventory levels on shelves and in backroom; identify out-of-stocks Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of assigned areas Follow company policies, retailer guidelines, and safety procedures Provide feedback on merchandising opportunities and competitive activity Required Skills Merchandising Planogram execution Retail math basics Inventory management Shelf stocking Visual merchandising Planogram reading software familiarity Time management Communication Use of handheld/scan devices
