The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support Retail Operations in the Retail industry. In this field-based role, you'll execute planograms, set and maintain product displays, ensure shelf tags and pricing are accurate, and perform resets and audits to improve on-shelf availability. You'll collaborate with store staff, follow company and retailer standards, and report completed work using basic technology. Responsibilities Execute planograms and merchandising directives in assigned stores Set, stock, and face products to company and retailer standards Perform resets, audits, and product rotations to ensure on-shelf availability and freshness Verify and update shelf tags, pricing, and promotional signage Document work completion using mobile or web-based reporting tools Communicate effectively with store management and staff to coordinate merchandising activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and displays Follow safety guidelines and company policies while working independently in the field Travel between assigned locations using reliable transportation Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram compliance Product rotation Inventory checks Point-of-sale (POS) familiarity Basic data reporting Store relationship management Time management Attention to detail Basic computer skills
