Senior Merchandising & Brand Manager Role Purpose The Merchandising & Brand Coordinator supports merchandising execution and serves as an internal representative for marketing initiatives. This role ensures in-store product presentation aligns with brand standards and collaborates with the company's external marketing partner to support campaign execution. Core Responsibilities 1. Merchandising Execution Support
- Assists with product assortment updates and seasonal transitions
- Maintains merchandising calendars and rollout materials
- Supports store-level implementation of merchandising standards 2. In-Store Campaign Execution
- Coordinates in-store execution of marketing campaigns
- Ensures product displays align with campaign messaging
- Distributes promotional signage and display direction 3. External Marketing Liaison Support
- Provides product information, visuals, and merchandising direction to outsourced marketing partner
- Assists with gathering photography and product content
- Helps ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product assortment 4. Brand & Visual Consistency
- Supports maintenance of brand presentation standards across stores
- Assists in development of visual guides and setup instructions
- Monitors execution consistency and escalates gaps 5. Store Communication & Training Support
- Communicates merchandising and campaign updates to stores
- Assists with training materials for product launches and seasonal transitions
- Serves as a support resource for store merchandising questions What Success Looks Like (Evaluation Focus)

- Strong coordination between HQ, stores, and marketing partner Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of retail, merchandising, marketing coordination, or related experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience supporting promotional rollouts or in-store execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple timelines Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Experience working with outsourced marketing partners or agencies
- Retail visual merchandising experience
- Basic content creation experience (product photography, signage, copy assistance)
- Experience in specialty retail, gift, or lifestyle categories Leadership Scope Individual contributor role, with no direct reports.
Influences store teams through communication and merchandising tools. Supports Senior Merchandising & Brand Manger in strategy implementation. Accountable for execution accuracy and communication clarity.
