Join the dynamic team at SAS Retail Services as a Retail Merchandiser, where your expertise in product presentation and commitment to excellence will drive our retail partners' success. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our clients' products are displayed in an organized, appealing manner, directly impacting sales and shopper experience. Your work will involve traveling to various retail locations to execute resets, install fixtures, and conduct product demonstrations, all while ensuring compliance with each retailer's specifications. Responsibilities Travel to store locations to execute merchandising plans and display setups. Collaborate with store managers and team members to optimize product placement. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and layouts. Perform resets and remodels, ensuring each product line meets the specific guidelines of the retailer. Prepare and deliver in-store product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and increase sales. Report on stock levels, merchandising activities, and in-store problems encountered. Manage and update merchandising tools and equipment. Required Skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to interpret and implement planograms. Proficiency in using merchandising software and tools. Experience with stock management and inventory control. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing environments.
