The Role We are looking for a friendly, stylish, and outgoing Merchandiser to be the face of our new Bainbridge Island location. This role goes beyond traditional sales — you are a host, stylist, and brand ambassador, shaping how the space feels day to day. You'll play a key role in keeping the store visually fresh, thoughtfully organized, and welcoming, while creating an experience that feels personal, elevated, and inviting for every customer who walks through the door. Key Roles

• Keep the store visually fresh, organized, and on-brand
• Support seasonal product rotations and keep displays feeling fresh and intentional
• Collaborate with the manager and owner on merchandising plans
• Stay aware of trends and help evolve displays accordingly
• Ensure inventory is presented clearly and intuitively for customers
• Maintain back-stock organization and visual consistency Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a warm, engaging way
• Provide styling guidance and product knowledge
• Process sales through Clover POS
• Maintain visual merchandising and store organization
• Handle light inventory management and restocking
• Assist with special orders and customization requests
• Open/close the store
• Maintain a clean, polished retail environment
• Represent the Dolly Mama brand with professionalism and personality What We're Looking For
