Job Description
Retail Odyssey is seeking a detail-oriented and strategically-minded Retail Merchandiser to join our team. This role is central to our mission of optimizing retail operations and enhancing store performance for our partner retailers nationwide. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining visual merchandise displays in accordance with company standards. Your work will directly influence in-store shopper experiences and drive sales through effective product presentation and inventory management. Responsibilities Execute merchandising strategies by following planograms to organize and display products Collaborate with store management and staff to best position inventory for maximum visibility and sales Manage stock levels and make recommendations for restocking needed items Analyze sales data to adjust displays and strategies for improved performance Report on inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly Maintain the aesthetic quality of store displays through adherence to company guidelines Required Skills Strong organizational and spatial awareness skills Proficient in data analysis and interpreting sales metrics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Experience with visual merchandising tools and software
