Reset Specialist

Job Description

Summary Reset specialists play a critical role at Columbia Distributing, working with Sales Teams and Retail Partners to set schematics and execute resets. Additionally Reset Specialists assist Sales teams with a wide range of tasks and will collaborate on goals and strategies. Primary Responsibilities Provide and support assigned team with schematic and sales analysis requests Assist sales teams with planning, selling and conducting resets in retail accounts Maintain and update files and databases regarding schematics Create and manage process to ensure that stores are properly scanned, data entry and movement reports are compiled and timely utilized Complete other projects as assigned or needed Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you encounter through your job Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times Key Competencies Effective time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Analytical and organized Microsoft office proficiency People Management None

Work Environment

This job operates mostly indoors, occasionally outdoors

Physical Demands Lift/Carry/Push/Pull 50 lbs. Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/ use arms/wrists/hands/grasp Climb stairs/ladder Use of industry tools: hand truck, six-wheeler, manual pallet jack, box cutter Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, days and hours of work vary and may include weekends and overtime as necessary.

Required Education and Experience High School diploma or GED required Minimum of 18 years of age Valid driver's license and auto insurance required Preferred Experience and Education Minimum one (1) year sales or schematics experience Compensation Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees are also eligible for 80 hours of vacation every year and 7-8 days of paid holidays throughout the calendar year (depending on location).
