Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stocking efforts Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting basic inventory checks Engage personally with customers to meet their specific needs Job Departments Our market will have a deli, butcher shop, and bakery; we will also offer coffee, ice cream, produce, and Amish candies/goods. There is opportunity to work in different departments, though we would like our employees to be trained in several areas to jump around between duties to follow the demands of the business day.
