Brand Experience Field Evaluator

Job Summary We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic mystery shopper to become part of our team. In this role, you will help ensure that every store delivers outstanding customer service. Your insights and experiences as a customer will play a crucial role in helping the brand uphold its commitment to an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Visit assigned stores within a given time frame. Take clear photos of specific alcohol brands as instructed. Purchase product and fuel (cost will be reimbursed). Capture and submit images of the store's opportunities for improvement. Provide basic feedback on service and store conditions.

Requirements:

Must be 18+ years old (proof of age required). A smartphone with a working camera. Reliable transportation to visit stores. Ability to follow instructions carefully and meet deadlines. Why Join Us?
