KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE
Customer Engagement
- Drive increased customer loyalty through connect/inspire/engage behaviors.
- Increase customer trips through sales, service, credit, and loyalty programs.
- Provide feedback and training to associates to improve the customer experience.
- Drive customer engagement in specialty departments to accelerate sales acquisition.
- Supports the Manager on Duty program to ensure associates are actively engaging customers.
- Resolves customer issues and concerns in a professional manner. Shopping Environment
- Owns set execution and brand launches with effective planning and guidance.
- Oversees store environment by setting strong recovery and presentation standards daily.
- Owns in-stock levels through merchandising replenishment, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tasks and inventory accuracy updates.
- Manages the SET process, champions high standards for presentation and maintenance of store.
- Assists with the door to floor process to ensure merchandise is placed on the floor according to company guidelines.
- Conducts store audits for pricing and signing accuracy. Operational Excellence
- Consistently meet performance standards in sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
- Leads store fulfillment of customer online orders, specifically buy online pickup in store (BOPIS), ship from store (SFS), and curbside pickup.
- Achieves productivity targets by identifying opportunity items and developing action plans.
- Monitor and shift resources based on order volume to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
- Audits enterprise fulfillment orders to ensure accuracy, customer experience and to minimize shrink. Profit Drivers
- Manages the productivity standards program.
- Responsible for leading the specialty businesses and the execution of special events.
- Analyze sales and expenses to drive performance and profitability.
- Drive sales through store walks and addresses underperforming departments.
- Manage inventory counts and update process to ensure accurate in-stocks.
- Participates in the annual inventory process.

- Listens, responds, and acts upon associate concerns in a timely manner and collaborates with appropriate leaders and partners as needed.
- Champions a retention strategy by utilizing company resources to minimize associate turnover.
- Responsible for the implementation and adherence of Company programs, policies, and employment laws.
