A Merchandising Manager manages the buying and stocking of goods to be re-sold to customers in a retail store, including clothing and other consumer products. Follows trends, anticipates consumer demand, directs buying and manages inventory; displays merchandise that will sell well at retail. Produces or monitors sales reports. May supervise a staff of buyers, in a larger retail store or department, or train and supervise retail sales staff.

Job Description
Duties Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Manage the day-to-day flow of all aspects of the merchandise process
- Manage Shopify and Shipstation order flow, printing order forms for fill
- Fill all merchandise orders with a high level of accuracy and shipped within 24-48 hours of order time.
- Manage inventory for all items, including accurate counts in online store and on SWT USA Tracking sheet
- Ensure all merchandise items are well stocked/reordered in a timely manner to avoid vacancies in product
- Manage all communications and relationships with all merchandise vendors (new orders, reorders, damages)
- Manage online store including accurate product descriptions, images, customer service inquiries
- Supervise and manage all holiday/temp staff needed for merchandise fulfillment
- Actively work to increase marketing and visibility of US merchandise (Google Ads, Amazon, etc)
- Actively work with Executive Director to create new products and phase out low performing items
- Manage ordering/reordering of all packing supplies needed, postage needs
- Provide back up support to answer phone calls and donor inquiries regarding SWT programs and donations
- Receive email and phone inquiries pertaining to scope of work and respond to inquirer according to SWT USA communication policy
- Support other staff members in tasks as needed
- Provide weekly or periodic updates as directed to Executive Director on task or project progress
- Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Executive Director to support current operational volume and new areas of growth.
