Compelling Store Environment:
Ensure product is always available to the customer and presented in a compelling way that showcases latest trends. Ensure the store is consistently customer-ready: recovered throughout the day and at closing. Team:
Support the Store Manager in hiring, training, supervising, & developing high caliber talent to maintain brand integrity and achieve goals. Follow scheduling as set out by Store Manager and effectively utilize team on sales floor. Maintain a positive attitude- staying flexible to changing needs of the customer and the business.
Maintain Proper Inventory Levels:
Ensure sales floor is properly stocked with inventory: new product worked to floor in a timely manner, awareness and feedback on best sellers/missing categories, and communicating to Store Manager as needed to meet sales goals. Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, product moves and floorsets, to markdowns.
Loss Prevention, Safety, and Compliance :
Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines. Uphold policies and procedures, standards and practices, and company directives. Protect company assets. Uphold company safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs. Report any and all concerns to Store Manager.
Brand Outreach :
Support Store Manager in building a community of loyal brand fans through diligence and consistency in customer care. Uphold Tenshoppe standards of personal expression through style. Encourage Social Media engagement through customer satisfaction. Awareness and approved participation in community &/or mall happenings to best promote Tenshoppe.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of retail experience Minimum 1 year visual merchandising experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to receive feedback and act on it when appropriate Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast‐paced and deadline‐oriented environment Proficient with technology Knowledge and passion for current fashion trends Special Physical and/or
Mental Requirements:
Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
