Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands Conduct "work-withs", "go behinds", to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements. Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
