We're looking for a motivated leader who can not only host successful livestreams but also build, develop, and manage an entire live-selling channel. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond being a streamer and take ownership of a team and channel. Position Overview As a Live Stream Manager , you'll begin as an active livestream host, learning our products, sales process, and audience engagement strategies while building a successful channel. Once you've demonstrated consistent performance, you'll transition into managing your own channel by recruiting, training, and leading a team of streamers and moderators. The long-term goal of this role is to develop a self-sustaining, high-performing channel where your primary focus shifts from streaming every day to coaching your team, improving performance, and growing sales. Responsibilities Host engaging TikTok livestreams selling mystery products and collectibles. Build and grow a loyal customer audience through entertaining and informative live content. Recruit, interview, and train new livestream talent. Manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned livestream channel. Coach streamers and moderators to improve sales, engagement, and professionalism. Develop stream schedules and ensure adequate channel coverage. Monitor channel performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and viewer retention. Collaborate with leadership on promotions, product launches, and channel growth initiatives. Foster a positive, energetic, and results-driven team culture. Qualifications Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication skills. Natural leadership abilities and experience managing or mentoring a team. Sales, livestreaming, retail, customer service, or management experience preferred. Comfortable coaching others and providing constructive feedback. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow a business within a business. Experience with TikTok Live, Whatnot, or other livestream selling platforms is a plus. Schedule Full-Time Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability preferred. Initially includes regular livestream hosting while building your channel. As your team grows, responsibilities will transition toward channel management and leadership.
