Come join our growing sweets and snacks company! We're a local Hawaii business offering everything from cookies and chocolates to taffy, toffee, gummies, dried fruit, gift boxes, and more. We're looking for a reliable, motivated person to take on a hands-on role helping manage our day-to-day warehouse operations while also handling deliveries and merchandising our products at retail locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and taking initiative. As our business continues to grow, there will be opportunities for this position to grow as well.

What You'll Do:

Help manage day-to-day warehouse organization and operations Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale and online orders Receive incoming inventory and maintain accurate inventory counts Deliver products to retail stores and partners Stock and merchandise products at store locations Keep displays organized, stocked, and looking their best Prepare shipments and coordinate outgoing orders Help assemble and package gift boxes as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Communicate inventory needs, order issues, and operational updates with management Follow company procedures and food safety requirements Assist with other warehouse, delivery, merchandising, and operational needs as the business grows

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail Good communication and time-management skills Comfortable driving and making multiple deliveries Someone who takes initiative and can solve day-to-day problems Previous warehouse, delivery, merchandising, retail, or management experience is a plus Positive and respectful attitude — we're a small team and work closely together Why Join Us?
