A fast-growing, established general merchandise wholesale company in Elk Grove Village is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead the presentation and execution of merchandise across our showrooms, trade shows, and key customer locations nationwide. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who is creative, highly organized, enjoys travel, and has a strong eye for merchandising and visual presentation. What You'll Do Oversee and maintain merchandise displays at our Elk Grove Village showroom Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show setups (including events in Rosemont, Las Vegas, and Philadelphia) Direct all aspects of trade show execution, including picking, unloading, setup, breakdown and sales support Ensure timelines, products, and logistics are executed efficiently and on schedule Travel to key customer locations to set up larger-scale merchandising displays Manage and fulfill customer sample requests Lead and develop a small merchandising team Requirements 2+ years of merchandising experience (retail or wholesale) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel (typically 2-3 nights per month; up to one week twice per year) Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Multi Lingual is a plus Additional Details Full-time, in-person role (5 days/week) Overtime occasionally required during peak periods and trade shows

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
