Job Overview:

Stinchcomb Associates is seeking a dependable, motivated supervisor to lead our live-goods merchandising teams across Southeast Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring frequent travel throughout the territory. The supervisor will oversee daily service, support merchandisers, maintain strong relationships with store leadership, and ensure garden center displays meet company standards Supervisor will oversee the following Home Depot locations: 400 W. Minnesota Park Road, Hammond, LA 70403 12300 I-10 Service Road, New Orleans, LA 70128 40 Park Place Drive, Covington, LA 70433 143 N. Shore Boulevard, Slidell, LA 70460 8601 W. Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette, LA 70043 874 I-10 Service Road, Slidell, LA 70461 15220 Creosote Road, Gulfport, MS 39503 4100 O'Ferrell Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39402 1680 Elizabeth Boulevard, Biloxi, MS 39532 2000 Highway 43 South, Picayune, MS 39466 Key responsibilities: Supervise, train, and support garden center merchandisers Plan routes and coordinate weekly service schedules Ensure assigned stores are properly staffed and serviced Monitor attendance, productivity, and merchandising execution Maintain organized, full, and customer-ready plant displays Verify completion of required reports and store photos Communicate with store management and company leadership Assist teams with resets, seasonal transitions, and high-volume deliveries Address performance or service issues promptly Travel regularly between Louisiana and Mississippi locations

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory, retail merchandising, garden center, landscaping, or live-goods experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple locations and changing priorities Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and moving merchandise Reliable transportation Smartphone required for reporting, and photo submissions Must be dependable and available for early-morning scheduling This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and taking ownership of a multi-store territory.
