Job Description

The opportunity A premium private-equity owned consumer brand in the fashion space is consolidating its brand, marketing, and merchandising work under one owner. The product is fabric-led and seasonal — color stories, trend cycles, and styling drive the work — and this role owns how it shows up everywhere: the brand's voice, its digital channels and retail partners. This is a newly scoped full-time position for someone who wants the whole picture rather than a slice of it. The work Own the brand end to end: voice, visual identity, and consistency across every customer touchpoint Run digital marketing channels hands-on, including social and email — calendar, content, execution, and reporting Direct regional retail partner floor merchandising: displays, product groupings, seasonal resets, and signage Merchandise the assortment — product storytelling, collection framing, and how product is presented and featured Translate each season into both a digital campaign and a floor set, so the brand reads the same in all places Lead product launches from asset creation through go-to-market Direct product and lifestyle photography — shot lists, styling, and asset management Report on performance across channels and the floors, and use it to shape the next cycle What we're looking for 4+ years across brand marketing, digital marketing, and merchandising — you've done all three, not just one Hands-on channel ownership (social, email) with strong copywriting instincts - if your BFF is named Claude, we are not a fit. Experience directing in-store retail partner presentation, or a strong eye and the appetite to own it Strong visual sensibility and the taste to tell good work from average work Comfortable with email platforms, social scheduling tools, and analytics A portfolio or work samples you can walk us through Willing to walk the sales floors — this role moves product, not just decks Nice to have Fashion, apparel, textiles or lifestyle brand background Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Figma Experience with paid social or influencer partnerships, worked with PR firms, or heritage brands Location & schedule Hybrid, based in the New York City or Philadelphia metro area. Periodic on-site days in New Jersey for team meetings, floor sets, and photo shoots — expect roughly four to eight days per month, clustered around seasonal resets and shoots. Compensation $85,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience and depth across the three functions.
