Salary $60,000.00 What You'll Do Lead and coach sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals. Oversee merchandising, promotional displays, freight, and inventory. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team development. Lead opening and closing procedures and serve as manager-in-charge when needed. Support loss prevention and overall store operations. What We're Looking For 3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role. Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills. Experience with sales goals, merchandising, and inventory. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
