Job Description
Description Your Role Supports the execution and continuous improvement of product lifecycle programs, including shipment processing, recovery, replenishment, and back-room organization in partnership with the Manager, Merchandise Flow. This role ensures seamless end-to-end execution of product lifecycle activities implementing efficient processes that support seamless operational execution for domestic stores. Your Impact Supports the development and execution of merchandise flow program initiatives and seasonal strategies focused on shipment processing, backroom organization, recovery, and replenishment activities to align with business objectives and priorities. Develops field communications, educational materials and training content to support merchandise flow initiatives, special projects and consistent operational execution. Maintains merchandise flow SOP content, store processes and tools, using trends, field feedback and operational insights to recommend improvements that support productivity, consistency and selling priorities. Collaborates with cross functional teams, including Brand Testing, Visual Merchandising, Demand & Deployment to support timely communication of merchandise flow activities based on floorset and/or testing in-store dates. Provides operational insights and feedback during floorset/brand guide reviews to ensure fixture capacities, merchandise availability and standards are maintained support her shopping experience. Collects and analyzes field insights and feedback to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to merchandise flow processes. Provides operational support and subject matter input for key projects & high velocity events. Supports communication and execution of markdown process in stores. Supports operational planning for managing excess inventory thought the Outlet/Clearance stores, in partnership with the Manager, Merchandise Flow and cross-functional partners. Serves as a point of contact between Outlet field teams and Home Office partners, coordinating cross-functional updates that support store readiness for promotions, marketing requests, inventory deployment changes, policy/procedure updates and training needs. Provides store operations insights to inform inventory deployment, allocation and replenishment strategies in partnership with Central Planning and DC partners to ensure inventory is processed, allocated and shipped to Outlet stores that support inventory levels necessary to drive the desired unit velocity to meet unit sales projections. Solicits feedback from stores to help refine and develop Outlet-specific tools, processes, and recommendations that support sales and operational execution.
