Goblin Market is seeking an Ordering Manager to ensure that merchandise is stocked in a timely manner, but also that necessary supplies for the market are inventoried and ordered as needed.

The Ordering Manager will:

Take careful inventory of all merchandise stock and work with the Merchandise Manager to ensure that all products are ordered and organized in a timely manner Pick up orders from local suppliers as needed Take stock of supplies needed for every Goblin Market event (ex. Volunteer t-shirts, garbage bags, waters, etc.) and order what needs to be restocked for the next event Get approval for orders and shopping trips charged to the company credit card by the Executive Director The ideal candidate will: Have experience with inventorying and managing stock Have experience with selling platforms like Square Be detail-oriented and a meticulous planner Be responsible and price-savvy when shopping on behalf of the organization Communicate with different Goblin Market team leads to ensure they have the supplies they need to be successful at each event Take shipping and processing times into account when ordering to ensure that all items are delivered on time for various events

Pay:
