  • Center Core will play a critical role in driving business growth, profitability, and execution. Reporting to the Director of Merchandise Strategy
  • Center Core, this position will serve as a key liaison between Field Leadership, Merchandise/Planning, and vendor partners to translate business strategy into measurable results.
With a strong focus on sales growth, the Senior Manager will help scale the business through business analysis, merchandise strategies, event activations, and execution.
Essential Functions:
Drive sales growth and profitability through business analysis, merchandise strategy, and field execution. Lead cross-functional projects, events, and customer activations from strategy through execution. Own the Special-Order Process, partnering with Field and Merchant teams to improve product access and capture sales opportunities. Conduct regular store visits to gather field insights, assess execution, and identify opportunities of growth. Support localized strategies based on store performance, customer needs, inventory, assortment, and market opportunities. Partner with vendor field teams on product knowledge, selling, and business training to build Selling Specialist capability. Lead vendor business meetings and establish clear next steps and follow-up. Travel to stores based on business needs.
Education & Experience:
4 Year college degree in business or related area Minimum 5-year retail experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abililities:
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to make presentations in an audience setting Ability to analyze business and make recommendations that positively impact sales and profitability Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence others Ability to make presentations in an audience setting Ability to work well with little or no supervision Demonstrates sound judgement #IND3 #LI-LD1
