A Merchandising Manager manages the buying and stocking of goods to be re-sold to customers in a retail store, including clothing and other consumer products. Follows trends, anticipates consumer demand, directs buying and manages inventory; displays merchandise that will sell well at retail. Produces or monitors sales reports. May supervise a staff of buyers, in a larger retail store or department, or train and supervise retail sales staff.

Job Description
- Establish business requirements and success metrics for strategic venue initiatives.
- Lead company-wide execution programs ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Define and implement venue strategy for Prepared Foods and Bakery categories across all regions.
- Partner with category merchants to translate category strategies into measurable operational execution plans.
- Collaborate with operational area leadership, field teams, and process support to ensure seamless implementation.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators including shrink, waste, and operational efficiency
- Identify and resolve execution gaps through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Ensure program design and store requirements meet all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Present complex business information and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Foster culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Communicate strategy, priorities, and performance expectations clearly across all levels.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPreferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
