We're looking for a Resale Inventory Manager to take ownership of our inventory and help us curate the best possible selection for our customers. This is a high-responsibility leadership role for someone who can work independently, make confident decisions, communicate clearly, and quickly adapt when priorities change.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage clothing and inventory throughout the sales floor Evaluate and process items purchased from our selling customers each day Help curate the perfect inventory mix based on customer demand, trends, seasonality, and store needs Manage and organize backroom totes and inventory Merchandise product throughout the store to maximize sales and create an engaging shopping experience Create eye-catching endcaps, features, and product displays Identify inventory gaps and communicate opportunities to leadership Monitor inventory needs and make adjustments as business needs change Train and support team members on inventory standards, merchandising expectations, changes, and issues Work closely with the leadership team to keep inventory moving efficiently from the buy counter to the sales floor Maintain high standards for organization, presentation, and inventory accuracy
