As a Retail Evaluation Shopper, you will act as a customer to assess service quality, staff professionalism, and overall shopping experience at designated retail locations. Your feedback will help improve customer service standards and ensure compliance with company expectations. Responsibilities Visit assigned retail stores and complete in‑store evaluations. Observe and document staff interactions, customer service quality, and store environment. Make small purchases when required to test service processes. Submit a brief evaluation report summarizing your experience. Provide constructive feedback on staff professionalism, product presentation, and overall customer experience. Compensation Pay per completed in‑store evaluation. Each assignment requires approximately 20-30 minutes, plus time to complete the evaluation report. Flexible scheduling with part‑time assignments available. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable access to transportation for store visits. Ability to complete concise written reports. Professional demeanor and discretion during evaluations.
