You will be responsible for in store, marketing, promoting, advertising and stock selling vehicle accessories and overlanding products. Someone who has a passion for modifying vehicles, getting out into the outdoors and helping our clients build their ideal rig for their Alaskan Adventure is key. Responsibilities Present, promote and sell overland and after-market vehicle accessories & install services to new and existing customers. Perform benefit and customer needs analysis to assist sales process Identify key fleet accounts & develop/maintain relationships Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Knowledge of best practices and promotional trends Receive parts and Continuously improve through feedback Skills Proven work experience as a sales representative Able to work in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented Team driven Familiarity with sales processes and CRM practices Ability to build & maintain productive business relationships with new and existing customers Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
