Chuck Stevens Ford is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Person who knows how to move fast, stay organized, and take care of both customers and technicians the right way. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts lookup and sales Quickly and accurately identify correct parts using dealership systems Handle incoming calls for parts pricing and availability Order, track, and follow up on special-order parts Maintain clean, organized inventory and parts areas Receive and verify incoming shipments Process invoices, payments, and returns Work closely with service and sales teams to keep operations running smoothly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 YEARS Parts Counter experience (REQUIRED - no exceptions) 5+ years of automotive parts experience strongly preferred Dealership experience (Ford experience is a PLUS) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Solid computer and inventory system skills Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record
