Monday through Friday Saturday - 7:30 AM - 12PM Full-Time Must be able to reliably commute to or reside in Dothan, AL 36303, on-site position Coffman International is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to help support our team and provide clients with exceptional experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role, you will: Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Communicate with staff and clients in a friendly and professional manner Converse effectively and efficiently regarding client parts status Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to clients Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate Provide high-level service to both internal and external clients Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders Receive payment from retail clients or obtain credit authorization

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent Strong interpersonal and time management skills Ability to read and interpret safety and including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume Valid driver's license and clean driving record Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment Preferred (Nice to Have): Prior auto parts sales experience Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion)
