Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories, ensuring accurate product recommendations based on vehicle specifications and customer needs Manage inventory levels through effective stock control, ordering, and restocking to meet dealership demands Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify parts requirements and provide technical advice Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and credit payments securely Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication, product knowledge, and personalized service Maintain organized records of parts orders, inventory movements, and client interactions using dealership DMS software Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely order fulfillment and support automotive repair operations Qualifications Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environment with a solid understanding of vehicle systems and automotive repair processes Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software such as dealer DMS systems Demonstrated ability in retail math, inventory control, order fulfillment, and POS operations Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional phone etiquette and client communication skills Organizational skills to manage stock levels efficiently while maintaining accurate records Prior experience in sales management or retail sales within an automotive dealership is highly desirable Join our team to be part of a vibrant environment where your automotive expertise makes a real difference!
