Parts Sales Specialist

Description We're on the search for a Parts Sales Specialist, to help advance the mission of building reliability for our customers

• by delivering superior customer service, supporting service team members, and meeting sales targets.

This position would work regular office hours (M-F 8 AM to 5 PM or similar schedule / 40 hours per week). This position is located in Pell City, Alabama. • Identify sales opportunities; up-sell and cross-sell related or replacement parts, and promote upgrades and new products
• Process quotes, sales orders, returns, credits, and warranty-related parts transactions
• Maintain accurate records of sales, quotes, and customer interactions in Saleforce
• Consistently advance your technical knowledge of Nicholson's product lines, updates, and promotions, and those of its competitors
• Meet or exceed department sales targets and key performance metrics. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Pell City, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00
• $70000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
