• 36582 Position Summary ALL Crane Rental of Alabama, located in Theodore, is seeking an Administrative Associate with solid general office skills at take responsibility for the Service Departments' administrative duties.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. Essential Functions Answer multi-line incoming telephone and provide exceptional customer service Entry of purchase orders and service work orders into the fleet maintenance software program. Monitor the preventative maintenance program and distribute schedules to appropriate personnel. Monitor manufacturer and regulatory required inspections and distribute schedules to appropriate personnel. Prepare and maintain records and reports of work performed, inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued Various administrative tasks such as processing documents, faxing, filing, and data entry. Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations. May assist with Parts inventory. Other tasks as assigned. Skills and Experience Requirements Experience with heavy construction equipment is a plus. Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines. Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed. Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
