Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a driven to oversee daily operations of our parts department, service department, and inventory management. This role is responsible for maximizing profitability, ensuring efficient workflow, and delivering excellent customer service on all service and parts-related jobs.
Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments Oversee service workflow from intake to completion to ensure jobs are completed on time and billed correctly Handle customer service for repair jobs, including communication, estimates, approvals, and updates Maintain accurate inventory levels for parts, equipment, and supplies Order parts and manage vendor relationships to ensure availability and best pricing Ensure all service tickets are properly written, tracked, and closed out with full profitability Monitor and improve department profitability, efficiency, and turnaround times Manage and hold technicians and parts staff accountable for performance and productivity Ensure proper billing, labor rates, and parts margins are maintained on every job Keep shop organized, clean, and operating efficiently Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction Work closely with sales team to support equipment readiness and customer needs
Requirements:
Experience in parts, service, or dealership operations preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once Basic understanding of equipment, tractors, or small engines preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to track numbers, margins, and profitability
Compensation:
Based on experience, with performance-based incentives tied to department profitability.
Pay:
