Pay and Schedule This position is Monday

• Friday 8 AM
• 5 PM. Pay range is $20
• $23/hour, depending upon experience.

Benefits Offered Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K PTO Other Voluntary Benefits How you will contribute to the success of the team: Schedule Federal inspections at customer facilities Arrange and monitor preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for equipment Track completion of scheduled maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Generate and distribute PM reports to supervisors and management Create, process, and track purchase orders for OTR services Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and proper authorization Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status and billing accuracy Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices What makes you a strong candidate for this position: Basic computer knowledge Microsoft Office knowledge Effective verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Customer service experience High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) Preferred automotive and/or diesel mechanic knowledge The company will provide reasonable accommodations to employees who require them to perform the essential functions of their job to the extent it does not impose an undue hardship or create a risk of harm to the employee or others.
