  • Full-time We are looking for a dependable, organized, hard-working Parts Manager to join our team at CARSTAR Collision Craft.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and doesn't mind multi-tasking. We are a professional, fast paced, and high quality collision center, so teamwork is critical. We need someone who can order parts, mirror match new parts to damaged parts, handle returns and post invoices. Knowledge of CCC is a must.
Responsibilities Include:
Accurately order automotive parts Check all parts upon arrival for correctness and/or damage to prevent delays Mirror match new parts to damaged parts on the vehicle Post invoices in CCC estimating management system Process and track return parts Obtain credits from vendors on return parts and post in parts management system Perform Pre and Post vehicle scans, print reports to pdf and attach to proper files Checking in deliveries and organizing inventory Communicating with vendors and technicians Dispatching parts to collision and refinish technicians Following repair plans and updating repair status within mobile app Assisting front office staff when needed Helping maintain a clean and organized shop Disposing of parts, boxes, and other items related to the repair process Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a busy environment Reliable and team-oriented Strong automotive knowledge Strong computer and phone communication skills Ability to work effectively in a management computer program Must be willing to help wherever needed Other duties as assigned Why Work With Us?
